Putting security partnerships on a professional footing

Germany is one of the states directly threatened by terrorism. The BDI's Security Commmittee (AfS) actively advocates the development of a security network between Government and industry, similar to that in the USA USA or Great Britain.

Objectives of the AfS for 2005

Support the Federal Ministry of the Interior, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour and the Federal Ministry of Defence in implementing anti-terror legislation on the industry-side
Increase the number of members in the Committee
